Media Tasting at Charlie Tea

A modernity and old-world charm concept store that you can expect at Charlie Tea, known as 茶礼 in Chinese.                This 18-seater tea house offers a sanctuary in the heart of Orchard. The ambience is just perfect to chill in, enjoy a range of sweet and savoury treats to accompany the brand’s tea offerings.

The menu’s foundation of its remarkably fragrant Pure Tea series (纯茶系列) are available in different varieties. Soothing, light, delicately energising tea options are gentler to your taste bud.

The menu comprises of Green Jade (green tea that is light on palate leaving an organic, earthy note), Mount Wu (mellow and warming medium-bodied oolong tea leaving an intense roasted, nutty aroma) and Red Phoenix (strong, rich and full-bodied red tea leaving a light and fresh citrus note).

Spoilt for choices with the range of fruit tea series from slurshie to POP tea made from fresh fruits to the Signature dragon fruit. Slushie+, an icy fruity blend of green tea and cultured milk drink helps to awaken your senses. To help you to cool down in this hot weather, sink into Grapefruit POP that comes with grapefruit sparkling green tea and a hint of mint! Fly me to the cloud with the Pink Cloud series (云盖系列). With its light and smooth pink cloud, you can imagine the light and airy layers of fluffy foam in your choice of tea. One of my favourites drink, Yuzu Pink Cloud is blended with zest yuzu fruit extracts topped with creamy smooth cheese foam sprinkled with beetroot powder and not forgetting the pomelo bites. The touch of Himalayan salt did help to elevate the overall taste!

Asides the tea selection, you can also get some flaky danishes to go along with! There are 12 danishes
