1box Aomori scallops 1tspn Olive 1tspn Unsalted Butter 1clove garlic 1pinch Salt 1pinch Pepper Instructions Thaw the scallops in the fridge overnight. For faster thaw, submerge pack in cold water for 20 minutes. Finely mince a clove of garlic. In a regular sized bowl combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Melt a piece of butter on hot pan. Place the scallops on the pan over medium heat. Cook each side for about 2 minutes until they are cooked throughout with a nice charred and sweet fragrance. Recipe Notes
